Shipping & Return

We carefully pack and ship every VALLI order to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and beautifully. 

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days before shipment.

During special launches or high-volume periods, processing time may very slightly.

Estimated delivery time within Sweden is 1–3 business days after dispatch.

For international orders within Europe, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on destination.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

For a limited time during our launch period, we are pleased to offer free shipping on all order within Sweden.

After the launch period:

• Free shipping on orders over 800 SEK within Sweden
• A standard shipping fee will apply to orders below 800 SEK

We hope you love your VALLI jewelry. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  
  
• The item must be returned in its original packaging

• For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us before sending it back so we can assist you with the process.
